TESTING OF YOUR RAW MATERIAL COMBINED WITH A VISIT TO CFN HQ

Testing of your raw material is essential, as raw material, even if it is the same species, varies from country to country and from customer to customer.
By testing your actual raw material many potential difficulties will be avoided during start-up and production at your new briquetting plant.

Testing facilities

We have our own stationary test facilities at our plant in Denmark and after testing, a test report will be made from your raw material and we forward a few samples for your evaluation.

Visit to C.F. Nielsen
However testing of your raw material will often include a visit to our facilities, where you can see the equipment being produced and have the opportunity to meet different members of our organization.

TESTING CONDITIONS

We offer a standard test of your raw material free of charge to enable you to make your buying decission based on the most accurate background.
The conditions for the free test is, that we have together with you, determine whether there is a realistic breeding ground for a briquetting project.

You are obliged to send us typically 500 to 1000 kg of the relevant raw material, that has to be dry typically (6-16% moisture) and a particle size of max 20x5x3 mm.

It is very important that representative raw material is sent to us for testing, otherwise the test has no value for anyone.
