Historically, C.F. Nielsen has sold a lot of briquetting machines for industrial use in Scandinavia, but over the years the markets have changed and since then expanded to more regions in Europe.

Meissnitzer Massivholzmauer is one of our newer customers: a family owned Austrian company producing construction elements out of wood. Meissnitzer Massivholzmauer is currently burning their wood waste from production in a Kohlsach furnace without the possibility to control the burning process. By converting the wood waste into briquettes, they are now able to ensure a stable flow, creating heat for their own factory as well as the small village of Niedernsill, Austria where the factory is placed.

A tailored solution

Very often, we create unique solutions that are adapted to our customers’ needs, and we provide maintenance to ensure that the machines that we sell live up to the requirements of our customers and continue to function in the best possible manner.  This was also the case with Meissnitzer Massivholzmauer, as the town of Niedernsill is located in the Austrian alps.  Cooling lines transport the briquettes from one building to another storage building without any problems.

The capacity of this briquetting plant is 400-500kg/h, producing a 60mm briquette. The briquetting production is operating with the Mechanical Briquetting Press BP3200.

The customer says: ”Nebenbei, wir sind mit Ihrer Anlage wirklich sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank nochmals”.

Translation: "We are really very satisfied with your system. Thank you again".
