We can respond to a break down in a matter of hours.

In our warehouse we always stock most spare parts for all our equipment.

  • Spare parts packages

We offer tailored spare parts packages with emergency parts, and frequently used wear parts depending on our customers individual situation.

  • Trouble shooting

Call us if you have operational, process or maintenance questions with your equipment.

  • Internet connection

Most of our machines supplied over the last 4-5 years can be connected to the internet, which enables our service engineers to connect with your press to monitor, operate, search for failures and guide you with any relevant questions.
We are able to reprogram the PLC function over the internet.

  • Regular service calls

Our machines can be fitted with a modem enabling the machine automatically to call service when required.

  • Ready for action

Our service engineeers are ready to go to your plant at short notice and our service vans are equipped with necessary tools and emergency parts for solving commonly known problems.

  • Service contracts

Our regular service calls can be converted to a service contract, benefiting our customers and C.F. Nielsen.
